释义	个人所得税中，专项附加扣除里赡养老人一项的父母，不包括配偶的父母。纳税人自己只能扣除自己亲生父母、养父母或者继父母的赡养老人支出。女婿也不能扣除岳父母的赡养老人支出。纳税人赡养一位及以上被赡养人的赡养支出，统一按照标准定额扣除。
