释义	法律分析：因为按劳动部《关于工人、职员工龄的规定》第三条规定，工龄是职工依靠或者主要依靠本人工资收入为生活资料的工作时间。大学学习期间，还是学生，没有参加工作，也没有工资收入，不能计算工龄。大学毕业就业的，按中发（68）92号、158号文件精神，从就业之日起算工龄。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动保险条例实施细则修正草案》第三十八条一般工龄系指工人职员以工资收入为生活资料之全部或主要来源的工作时间而言。计算一般工龄时，应包括本企业工龄在内。
