释义	销售者承担产品质量责任有两种方式：1、承担修理、更换、退货的责任。这是指承担产品的瑕疵责任。产品售出以后，消费者在使用中发现其性能达不到说明书的要求或者出现性能故障不能正常使用，这时销售者应对产品进行修理或者更换，经修理、更换仍不能达到正常使用标准的，应予以退货。2、给购买产品的消费者造成损失的，销售者应当赔偿损失。是指因产品质量问题造成消费者人身、财产损失的，销售者对消费者承担赔偿损失。法律依据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第四十条
