释义	法律分析：女职工怀孕后，并不是任何情况下都不能解除劳动合同。如果女职工明知自己已怀孕，但仍和单位协商解除劳动合同，用人单位是可以解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》第二十七条任何单位不得因结婚、怀孕、产假、哺乳等情形，降低女职工的工资，辞退女职工，单方解除劳动（聘用）合同或者服务协议。但是，女职工要求终止劳动（聘用）合同或者服务协议的除外。各单位在执行国家退休制度时，不得以性别为由歧视妇女。
