嫖娼被抓会怎么样？

法律分析：
嫖娼，是指二人及二人以上，以金钱、财物为媒介，发生不正当性关系的行为。即非法的性交易，建立于金钱交易上的性关系。嫖娼在我国受到法律的禁止，卖淫嫖娼更容易传染性病，梅毒，乙肝，艾滋病等各种疾病。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》 第六十六条 卖淫、嫖娼的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处5000元以下罚款;情节较轻的，在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
