协议撕了又粘起来还有效吗？

法律分析：
有效。只要被撕的合同是依法成立的，那么就受法律保护，被撕后粘好后仍然有效。依法成立的合同，对各方当事人具有法律约束力，合同一般是一式几份，即使被一方当事人撕毁，对方依然保留合同原件，合同依然有效，各方当事人依然要承受合同权利义务。所以，不要动不动撕毁合同，不起作用还浪费精力。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
