法律分析：被公安局传唤注意：1、被公安局传唤，可以要求警方表明身份并出示证件。2、需要传唤违法嫌疑人接受调查的，经公安派出所或者县级以上公安机关办案部门负责人批准，使用传唤证。3、对被传唤的违法嫌疑人，公安机关应当及时询问查证，询问查证的时间不得超过八小时；案情复杂，违法行为依法可能适用行政拘留处罚的，询问查证的时间不得超过24小时。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第八十二条 需要传唤违反治安管理行为人接受调查的，经公安机关办案部门负责人批准，使用传唤证传唤。对现场发现的违反治安管理行为人，人民警察经出示工作证件，可以口头传唤，但应当在询问笔录中注明。
公安机关应当将传唤的原因和依据告知被传唤人。对无正当理由不接受传唤或者逃避传唤的人，可以强制传唤。
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十九条 对不需要逮捕、拘留的犯罪嫌疑人，可以传唤到犯罪嫌疑人所在市、县内的指定地点或者到他的住处进行讯问，但是应当出示人民检察院或者公安机关的证明文件。对在现场发现的犯罪嫌疑人，经出示工作证件，可以口头传唤，但应当在讯问笔录中注明。传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时;案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。不得以连续传唤、拘传的形式变相拘禁犯罪嫌疑人。传唤、拘传犯罪嫌疑人，应当保证犯罪嫌疑人的饮食和必要的休息时间。
