钓鱼执法抓嫖娼合法嘛

在我国，嫖娼不构成犯罪，是违法行为，一般只是拘留或者是罚款，情节较轻的教育一下也是有可能的。如果是已经谈妥了价格并且付了金钱等财物，但是还未发生性关系的。第一次进行卖淫嫖娼，但是认错态度较好，表示悔改或是有其他的特殊原因。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》 第六十六条 卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。 在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
