释义	法律分析: 《中国工会章程》是中华全国总工会制定的章程，于1988年10月28日中国工会第11次全国代表大会修正通过。法律依据: 《中国工会章程》第一条凡在中国境内的企业、事业单位、机关和其他社会组织中，以工资收入为主要生活来源或者与用人单位建立劳动关系的体力劳动者和脑力劳动者，不分民族、种族、性别、职业、宗教信仰、教育程度，承认工会章程，都可以加入工会为会员。第二条职工加入工会，由本人自愿申请，经工会基层委员会批准并发给会员证。
