释义	法律分析：违法和犯罪不一样。通俗来讲，违法是犯了小错，例如驾车不小心闯了红灯。犯罪是犯了大错，例如杀人抢劫，拐卖妇女。只有违反刑法才是犯罪，才会产生坐牢的后果。违反了其他的法律，都只是违法，是不会坐牢的。最多是罚款、拘留。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三条法律明文规定为犯罪行为的，依照法律定罪处刑；法律没有明文规定为犯罪行为的，不得定罪处刑。
