释义	我国法律规定，对于滞纳金是指行政机关，对逾期不此尘履行货币支付义务的相对人，施加新的货币支付义务的方式。其目的是督促其尽快履行义务，属于行政执法中行政处罚的一种具体形式。纳税人、扣缴义务人逾期不缴或者不缴税款的，税务机关除责令限期缴纳外，自滞纳之日起，每日加收滞纳税款万分之五的罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征管法》第五十二条因纳税人森返禅、扣缴义务人计算错世腊误等失误，未缴或者少缴税款的，税务机关在三年内可以追征税款、滞纳金。
