释义	法律分析：同意清偿待签收是指，债务人同意配合债权人实现债权目的，但是未支付。因债务人怠于行使其到期债权，对债权人造成损害的，债权人可以向人民法院请求以自己的名义代位行使债务人的债权，但该债权专属于债务人自身的除外。代位权的行使范围以债权人的债权为限。债权人行使代位权的必要费用，由债务人负担。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百一十八条民事主体依法享有债权。债权是因合同、侵权行为、无因管理、不当得利以及法律的其他规定，权利人请求特定义务人为或者不为一定行为的权利。
