释义	法律主观：护理假是男人为护理生产配偶的特定假期，国家未作专门规定，一些地方法规对此是有规定的。比如《贵州省人口与计划生育条例》第六十条规定，国家机关工作人员、企业事业单位职工晚婚的，除享受国家规定的婚假外，增加婚假10天；晚育的，除享受国家规定的产假外，女方增加产假30天，男方享受护理假7天；在产假期间办理《独生子女父母光荣证》的，增加产假90天；接受节育手术的，按照规定享受休假。在享受以上规定假期间的工资照发，福利待遇不变，不影响考勤、考核和晋级、晋职、提薪。
