释义	法律分析：如果双方当事人协商一致在合同上写明“作废”字样，该合同就依约定解除，不再具有法律约束力。如果一方擅自写合同作废，合同并没有解除，依然对合同当事人生效，一方拒不履行合同义务的，要承担违约责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
