释义	法律分析：根据我国相关法律规定，用人单位的职工连续工作1年以上的，可以享受带薪年休假，即在休假期间仍然可以领取正常工资。当累计工作时间达到一年不满十年的，年假有五天。当工作时间达到十年不满二十年的，年假为十天。已满二十年的，年休假最多为十五天。法定休假日以及休息日并不会被计入年休假的计算期间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十五条国家实行带薪年休假制度。劳动者连续工作一年以上的，享受带薪年休假。具体办法由国务院规定。
