释义	虐待俘虏罪是指虐待俘虏，情节恶劣的行为。涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案：（一）指挥人员虐待俘虏的；（二）虐待俘虏三人以上，或者虐待俘虏三次以上的；（三）虐待俘虏手段特别残忍的；（四）虐待伤病俘虏的；（五）导致俘虏自杀、逃跑等严重后果的；（六）造成恶劣影响的；（七）有其他恶劣情节的。法律依据《军人违反职责罪案件立案标准的规定》第三十一条
