问题	我国刑法对收买被拐卖的妇女罪的立案规定?
释义	具有下列情形之一，经审查，符合管辖规定的，公安机关应当立即以刑事案件立案，迅速开展侦查工作：(1)接到拐卖妇女、儿童的报案、控告、举报的；(2)接到儿童失踪或者已满十四周岁不满十八周岁的妇女失踪报案的；(3)接到已满十八周岁的妇女失踪，可能被拐卖的报案的；(4)发现流浪、乞讨的儿童可能系被拐卖的；(5)发现有收买被拐卖妇女、儿童行为，依法应当追究刑事责任的；(6)表明可能有拐卖妇女、儿童犯罪事实发生的其他情形的。法律依据《关于依法惩治拐卖妇女儿童犯罪的意见》三、8
