释义	法律分析: 种植的树木在政府征地的时候必须要被政府砍伐的话肯定是有补偿的，种植经济林木补偿是最多的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国土地管理法》被征用土地，在拟定征地协议以前已种植的青苗和已有的地上附着物，也应当酌情给予补偿。但是，在征地方案协商签订以后抢种的青苗、抢建的地上附着物，一律不予补偿。被征用土地上的附着物和青苗补偿标准，由省、自治区、直辖市规定。
