释义	撤销婚姻的步骤如下： 1、当事人向原婚姻登记机关提交结婚证、身份证、户口本等相关材料； 2、婚姻登记机关进行审查； 3、当事人填写《撤销婚姻申请书》并签字； 4、但是人宣读申请书并签字； 5、婚姻登记机关报民政部门或乡政府审批后，予以公告。根据《民法典》第一千零五十二条规定：因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自胁迫行为终止之日起一年内提出。被非法限制人身自由的当事人请求撤销婚姻的，应当自恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出。
