释义	法律分析：职工被迫辞职可以要经济补偿，用人单位违约在先、导致劳动者被迫辞职的，用人单位不仅不可免除给付经济补偿金的义务，同时还负有相应赔偿义务。法律依据：《违反和解除劳动合同的经济补偿办法》第五条经过劳动合同当事人协商一致，由用人单位解除劳动合同的，用人单位应根据劳动者在本单位工作年限，每满一年发给相当于一个月工资的经济补偿金，最多不超过十二个月。工作不满一年的按一年的标准发给经济补偿金。
