释义	法律分析：对于涂改的档案年龄，不予认可，涂改部分不是最先记载的，不影响认定档案出生时间，应按档案记载那里退休；影响最先记载的，可以按身份证认定出生时间办理退休。法律依据：《关于制止和纠正违反国家规定办理企业职工提前退休有关问题的通知》规范退休审批程序，健全审批制度；对职工出生时间的认定，实行居民身份证与职工档案相结合的办法。当本人身份证与档案记载的出生时不一致时，以本人档案最先记载的出生时间为准。要加强对居民身份证和职工档案的管理，严禁随意更改职工出生时间和编造档案。
