释义	公司法人变更后果：1、公司工商登记事项发生变更的，原公司的债权债务应该由变更后的公司全部承担；2、若公司名义贷款，更换法人不影响还款，由公司承担还款责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》第十七条企业法人改变名称、住所、经营场所、法定代表人、经济性质、经营范围、经营方式、注册资金、经营期限，以及增设或者撤销分支机构，应当申请办理变更登记。第十九条企业法人分立、合并、迁移，应当在主管部门或者审批机关批准后30日内，向登记主管机关申请办理变更登记、开业登记或者注销登记
