问题	合同在什么情况下可以约定解除呢？
释义	合同在约定解除合同的条件成就时解除。约定解除是当事人通过行使约定的解除权或者双方约定而进行的合同解除，即当事人在合同中约定，合同履行过程中出现某种情况，当事人一方或者双方有解除合同的权利。约定解除的内容以及行使方式应由当事人自行决定，但是必须符合民事法律行为的生效要件，否则约定解除权的条款无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
