离婚可以把户口本分开么 |

可以分开。夫妻感情破裂等等原因离婚后，离婚后双方的户口就要分开，也就是每人一个户口本。离婚后女方可以将户口迁回娘家。由本人或者户主向户籍所在地派出所办理迁出户口，领取迁移证，再到落户地派出所办理落户。女方是可以单独设立一个户口簿的。
离婚当事人可持原户口簿和法院的判决书或调解书到当地公安派出所办理分户或迁转手续，当地公安派出所应依据法院的判决或调解书，按照分户、立户的规定予以办理；如一方当事人不愿交出原户口簿，经公安派出所动员说服无效的，可按判决或调解书办理分户或迁转手续，并在户口登记簿上注明分户日期和原因。
所以，离婚可以把户口本分开，公民因离婚引起户口变动的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报变更登记。

第五条规定
户口登记以户为单位。
同主管人共同居住一处的立为一户，以主管人为户主。
单身居住的自立一户，以本人为户主。居住在机关、团体、学校、企业、事业等单位内部和公共宿舍的户口共立一户或者分别立户。
户主负责按照本条例的规定申报户口登记。
第十九条
公民因结婚、离婚、收养、认领、分户、并户、失踪、寻回或者其他事由引起户口变动的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报变更登记。
