法律分析：如果找到单位，重新就业了，单位缴纳社保的话，直接通过已经办理的失业证，在单位办理入职手续即可。失业金的领取自动停止。重新就业的当月已经不符合领取失业保险金条件，应停止领取失业保险金并停止缴纳基本医疗保险费和大额医疗保险费。停发的起始时间重新就业的当月。
若重新就业的当月一方面在领取失业保险金，而另一方面又由重新就业的单位缴纳了社会保险费，需要及时将当月领取的失业保险金以及由失业保险基金缴纳的基本医疗保险费、大额医保费退还到失业保险基金，具体手续到劳动就业管理局失业保险科办理。
注：退还的失业保险金将作为未享受完毕的失业保险金剩余期限予以保留，待再次失业并符合领取失业保险金条件时，予以合并计算发放。
需要补充说明的是：如果重新就业不满一年再次失业，在新的就业单位到市劳动就业管理局办理失业备案手续后，可以恢复以前尚未领取完毕的失业保险金。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》 第四十五条 失业人员符合下列条件的，从失业保险基金中领取失业保险金：（一）失业前用人单位和本人已经缴纳失业保险费满一年的；（二）非因本人意愿中断就业的；（三）已经进行失业登记，并有求职要求的。
