释义	企业名称由申请人在企业设立、变更登记时一并填报，无须预先申报核准，企业登记机关原则上不再核发《企业名称预先核准通知书》，但涉及前置审批事项或者国家工商总局、省工商局核准登记的，应当申请办理名称预先核准。二是除法律、法规、规章及规范性文件禁止、限制使用的名称外，申请人可以自主选择企业名称。工商部门将建立并开放包含记载于企业登记数据库全部企业名称的查询比对系统，申请人提交的申请经系统校验1个工作日后，网上自动反馈校验结果。法律依据《公司法》第六条
