释义	从法律上来讲，只要赠与人具有相应的民事行为能力、对所赠与的财产拥有处分权、自愿赠与他人，由赠与人与受赠人签名确认后，该赠与协议即具有法律效力。但根据法律规定，赠与属于实践性民事行为，除具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同或者经过公证的赠与协议外，其它的赠与协议在实际交付赠与物之前，赠与人有权撤销赠与。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条、第六百五十八条
