释义	刚入职后三天不去上班的，劳动者因此给用人单位造成损失的，用人单位可以要求承担赔偿责任。用人单位也可以以劳动者严重违反用人单位规章制度与劳动者合法解除劳动合同。《劳动合同法》第39条规定：劳动者严重违反用人单位的规章制度的的，用人单位可以解除劳动合同。第90条：劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
