释义	法律分析：移送管辖是指某一人民法院受理民事案件后，发现自己对该案没有管辖权，将案件移送给有管辖权的人民法院受理，移送管辖的条件有：（1）移送的案件人民法院已经受理。（2）移送的人民法院对本案没有管辖权。（3）受移送的人民法院依法享有管辖权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第三十六条人民法院发现受理的案件不属于本院管辖的，应当移送有管辖权的人民法院，受移送的人民法院应当受理。受移送的人民法院认为受移送的案件依照规定不属于本院管辖的，应当报请上级人民法院指定管辖，不得再自行移送。
