释义	法律分析：在公共场所禁止吸烟，违者罚款合法。法律依据：《公共场所控制吸烟条例》第三十七条个人违反本条例规定，在禁止吸烟场所(区域)吸烟的，由相应主管部门行政执法人员责令立即改正，并可处以五十元以上五百元以下的罚款。第三十八条单位或者机构违反本条例规定，未实行全面禁烟或者未按照规定设置吸烟点的，由相应主管部门责令限期改正，并可处以一千元以上一万元以下罚款；拒不改正的，处以一万元以上三万元以下罚款。
