释义	法律分析: 公司工伤险申报工伤流程，单位职工因工伤害或职业病确诊之日起，应及时向参加工伤保险关系所在地的市、县级市劳动和社会保障行政部门报告，十五日内（不论是否治疗终结）及时填写《职工申请工伤认定登记表》，申请工伤认定。法律依据: 《工伤职工劳动能力鉴定管理办法》第七条职工发生工伤，经治疗伤情相对稳定后存在残疾、影响劳动能力的，或者停工留薪期满（含劳动能力鉴定委员会确认的延长期限），工伤职工或者其用人单位应当及时向设区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会提出劳动能力鉴定申请。
