释义	法律分析: 两个户主一个地址不算分户。法律规定，分户的条件是实际住房有两个以上自然间，且单独生活。公民虽同居一处，但经济独立，分开生活或有工作证明的，可以申请分户，另立户籍档案。《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第五条户口登记以户为单位。同主管人共同居住一处的立为一户，以主管人为户主。单身居住的自立一户，以本人为户主。居住在机关、团体、学校、企业、事业等单位内部和公共宿舍的户口共立一户或者分别立户。户主负责按照本条例的规定申报户口登记。
