释义	法律分析: 劳动合同不用盖合缝章，用人单位与劳动者另有约定的除外，一般都只用在劳动合同末页签字或者盖章即可。用人单位盖章应当盖公章或者劳动合同专用章，劳动合同相应盖私章的，私章必须在公安机关有备案。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
