释义	在应急车道行驶并不会扣12分那么严重，但是也是一种违法行驶。根据《道路交通安全法》第八十二条可知，非紧急情况时在应急车道行驶或者停车，被高速交通警察当场拍照录像取证的汽车非法占用应急车道违章行为，就会罚款200元并扣6分，并勒令整改，罚款需在15天内缴清，否则会按3%的滞留金累加。法律依据《道路交通安全法》第八十二条
