住院医保住院报销还是直接扣 法律问题

法律分析:
在医保参保地医院，办住院时候把医保卡去医院，费用直接医保卡扣费。如果按自费结账出院，就没办法再报销了：如果是外地住院，要有参保地医院开转诊证明，费用先自己付，再拿费用收据去参保的社保局报销。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国社会保险法》 第二十九条 参保人员医疗费用中应当由基本医疗保险基金支付的部分，由社会保险经办机构与医疗机构、药品经营单位直接结算。
