危房房主不同意可以强拆吗

农村危房不可以强拆，危房必须经过本人同意才可拆除。根据法律规定，对于危房，房屋所有人应按鉴定机构的处理建议，及时进行加固或修缮治理；如拒不按照处理建议进行修缮的，房地产行政主管部门有权指定有关部门代修。
法律客观：
《城市危险房屋管理规定》第二条 本规定适用于城市（指直辖市、市、建制镇，下同）内各种所有制的房屋。 本规定所称危险房屋，系指结构已严重损坏或承重构件已属危险构件，随时有可能丧失结构稳定和承载能力，不能保证居住和使用安全的房屋。
