释义	法律分析：有限合伙企业由二个以上五十个以下合伙人设立;但是，法律另有规定的除外。有限合伙企业至少应当有一个普通合伙人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第八条设立合伙企业，应当具备下列条件：（一）有二个以上合伙人，并且都是依法承担无限责任者；（二）有书面合伙协议；（三）有各合伙人实际缴付的出资；（四）有合伙企业的名称；（五）有经营场所和从事合伙经营的必要条件。
