释义	法律主观：保证书实际上是合同的一种，当然具有法律效力，但是，有效的保证书必须同时满足以下三个条件： 1，是当事人真实意愿的反映。承诺书的内容应当是当事人内心真实意思的表达，不能被强迫或威胁或利诱、欺骗等。 2，没有违反相关法律规定;承诺书的内容必须合乎法律的规定，不能违反法律或行政法规的禁止性规定，否则可能导致承诺书无效。 3，没有侵犯他人利益。承诺人只能基于自己有权处分的物进行处分，而不能因此侵犯到了他人的合法利益。
