释义	假章签订的合同不一定有效。如果构成了表见代理的，也就是如果在签订合同时对方当事人如果不知道是假公章的，则构成表见代理，即使是假公章签订的合同也是有效的；如果对方明知道是假公章仍签订合同的，则签订的合同就是无效的。法律依据《民法典》第一百七十二条，行为人没有代理权、超越代理权或者代理权终止后，仍然实施代理行为，相对人有理由相信行为人有代理权的，代理行为有效。
