释义	法律没有明确规定公司法定代表人变更需要几天。一般变更材料准备齐全的，最快十五日就可以完成变更登记。另外税务信息变更需要两到三天，银行信息变更需要七到十天左右。法律依据：《公司登记管理条例》第三十条公司变更法定代表人的，应当自变更决议或者决定作出之日起30日内申请变更登记。《公司法》第二百一十一条公司登记事项发生变更时，未依照本法规定办理有关变更登记的，由公司登记机关责令限期登记；逾期不登记的，处以一万元以上十万元以下的罚款。
