释义	法律分析：自愿原则与平等原则紧密相连。自愿是以平等为前提的，只有民事主体地位的平等，不同民事主体在意志上才可能独立，不受他方支配。自愿原则又是民事主体地位平等的具体表现，如果民事主体在进行民事活动时不能贯彻自愿原则，那么当事人之间的民事主体地位就很难谈得上是平等的。例如：民法典人格权编对自愿原则的体现。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百九十三条民事主体可以将自己的姓名、名称、肖像等许可他人使用，但是依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得许可的除外。
