释义	法律分析：不违约，在一般情况下可以提前还款。借款人提前还款，一般发生在借款合同的借款期限可以确定的情况下，借款人提前还款是提前履行其负有的还款义务，性质上是一种提前履行。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第三十二条借款人可以提前偿还借款，但当事人另有约定的除外。借款人提前偿还借款并主张按照实际借款期间计算利息的，人民法院应予支持。
