问题	孩子对父母的债务是否有责任承担？
释义	1、如果成年子女和父母一同生活，则父母欠下的债用家庭共同财产归还； 2、如果父母死亡，子女继承了父母的遗产，则在遗产继承范围内承担还款义务； 3、如果父母死亡子女又没有继承财产，则子女没有还款义务。债的消灭只有五种情况，即债的履行、提存、抵销、免除和混同。因此，即使债务人死亡或者债权人死亡，债依旧存在，由其继承人继承。法律依据:《民法典》第一千一百五十九条:分割财产应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务，但是应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
