法律分析：有卫生许可证还是需要检测报告的。卫生学检测报告是证明在营业过程中的环境情况，商户最少每年要通过第三方进行一次以上(含一次)的的卫生检测。每年卫生监督部门会进行抽检。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》 第七十七条 国家完善公共场所卫生管理制度。县级以上人民政府卫生健康等主管部门应当加强对公共场所的卫生监督。公共场所卫生监督信息应当依法向社会公开。公共场所经营单位应当建立健全并严格实施卫生管理制度，保证其经营活动持续符合国家对公共场所的卫生要求。
