释义	房屋赠与应办理哪些手续？依据我国法律规定，受赠的房屋，必须提交房屋所有权证、赠与书和契证，到房地产管理机关办理房屋所有权变更登记手续，只有经变更登记手续的房屋赠与行为才是合法、有效的。房屋赠与手续的办理程序如下：（l）房屋赠与人与受赠人订立关于房屋赠与的书面合同，即赠与合同；（2）受赠人凭原房屋所有权证、赠与合同，根据《契税暂行条例》规定交纳契税，领取契证；（3）赠与人将房屋交付受赠人，房屋交付行为即赠与人将房屋交给受赠人实际占有、使用，并办理房屋产权转移登记手续。
