释义	法律分析: 土地补偿费，是指国家对被征收土地的所有权人因土地被征收而造成被征收土地所有权人土地减少或者无地可耕的损失的国家补偿。安置补助费，是指国家对以土地为主要生产资料、生活来源的农村村民因国家征收土地而失去土地后造成的生产、生活困难由国家给予的必要的生产、生活补助费用。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国国籍法》第九条定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第四十七条征收土地的，按照被征收土地的原用途给予补偿。
