释义	法律分析：不需要，但是因此建议先婚检再领证。目前我国法律对于婚检采取鼓励非强制态度，领证后婚检虽然也可以，但是如果一旦怀孕或者其中一方不幸有传染病等不适合婚姻登记的疾病就会造成不必要的损失和麻烦。法律依据：《婚姻登记管理条例》第六条办理结婚登记的当事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登记机关不予登记：（一）未到法定结婚年龄的（二）非双方自愿的（三）一方或者双方已有配偶的（四）属于直系血亲或者三代以内旁系血亲的（五）患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病的。
