有。只要员工付出了劳动,员工就有享受劳动报酬的权利。即使自己入职只有半个月,在离职的时候提前向用人单位交代一下,用人单位是应该向自己发放工资的。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
