释义	法律分析：过了五年不能行使撤销权了。从发现可撤销事实之日起一年内应当行使撤销权，但是如果从可撤销事实发生之日起五年内都没有发现的话，撤销权归于消灭，就算之后发现了也不能行使。合同撤销权期限和诉讼时效不同，该期限为除斥期，不存在中断和中止的情形。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十一条撤销权自债权人知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内行使。自债务人的行为发生之日起五年内没有行使撤销权的，该撤销权消灭。
