释义	法律分析：仲裁，俗称公断，是指买卖双方在纠纷发生之前或发生之后，签订书面协议，自愿将纠纷提交双方所同意的第三者予以裁决，以解决纠纷的一种方式。仲裁协议有两种形式：一种是在争议发生之前订立的，它通常作为合同中的一项仲裁条款出现一种是在争议之后订立的，它是把已经发生的争议提交给仲裁的协议。这两种形式的仲裁协议，其法律效力是相同的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第二条平等主体的公民、法人和其他组织之间发生的合同纠纷和其他财产权益纠纷，可以仲裁。
